How to convert cooking measurement
Choose the measure printed in your recipe. Spoon and cup sizes differ. Grams require ingredient density; use cups-to-grams for mass.
Multiply by the source unit factor to get the base quantity, then divide by the target factor. The other-units table compares the same value without retyping it.
A worked example
1 US customary cup = 16 US tablespoons = 48 US teaspoons.
