How to sign a PDF
Choose the PDF, then draw your signature with a finger, pen or mouse, type your name in a handwriting style, or use a photo of your signature on white paper. Pick the page (the last one comes up first, as most papers are signed there), tap the place on the page where the signature goes, drag it into position and set its width.
The signature is drawn onto the page as a see-through picture in black or blue ink, with today's date under it if you tick the box, and a page stored sideways gets it the way you see the page. The rest of the page is copied as it is.
Worked example
A two-page rental agreement: draw the signature once, choose page 2, tap just above the tenant's line and set the width to 30% of the page; the signed copy is ready to email.
Before you rely on the result
One PDF of up to 200 MB at a time. This puts a picture of your handwritten signature on the page, which is what most forms and letters ask for; it is not a certificate-based digital signature, so it does not prove who signed or stop the file from being changed. A PDF locked with a password has to be unlocked first. Nothing is uploaded.
