How to fill in a PDF form
Choose the PDF form to list its fields page by page: text boxes, tick boxes, choices and lists, with any answers already in it. Tap a field and a picture of its page shows where it sits, outlined, which helps when a form names its fields with codes.
Save the filled form to keep it as a form that can still be changed, or tick Make the answers part of the page to print them into the page for good. Fields the form locks stay as they are, and required fields left empty are named after saving.
Worked example
A 2-page registration form with 14 fields: type the name and address, tick I agree, choose Letter from the paper list and save; the PDF opens anywhere with the answers in place.
Before you rely on the result
One PDF of up to 200 MB at a time, with fields made the usual way (AcroForm). Forms built only in Adobe's XFA format and scanned forms without fields cannot be filled here, and signature fields and buttons are left as they are. Answers in scripts other than Latin stay as typed and are drawn by the PDF reader, so they cannot be made part of the page. A PDF locked with a password has to be unlocked first. Nothing is uploaded.
