JPG to PDF

Turn photos and scanned pages into one PDF, one image per page, in the order you choose.

Privacy: runs in your browser

This tool processes your input in this browser. Inputs and results are excluded from analytics. Recent tools save tool names, visit counts and last-visit times. Favorites store only tool names. Draft saving is optional and stays on this device; delete saved text with the draft controls. Loading text from a URL is optional and contacts that server; its URL and your IP address are visible to the server. When a button sends your result to another tool, it waits in this tab until that tool opens it, for up to a minute, and is then deleted.

Copy link includes the inputs you choose to share in the address. Anyone with that link can reopen them. Files and generated results are excluded. Password and key tools share settings only.

JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF. Or drop them here. They are read on this device and never uploaded.

Add the photos or scans. Each gets its own page, from top to bottom: move one up or down to change the order.

    Sharing and starting over

A copied link includes what you entered and your settings, so anyone with it can see them. Leave private text out. Files and results are not included; random draws are made again.

Start over puts the tool back to its starting values and closes any open file or device. Drafts you saved stay on this device until you delete them.

How to turn JPG images into a PDF

Choose the photos or scans and put them in order, then pick the page size. Each image gets its own page: on A4 or Letter it is centered and scaled to fit inside the margin without cropping, and Same as each image makes each page the size of its picture.

JPG photos go into the PDF as they are, without being compressed again, so they keep their quality; a photo the camera stored sideways is turned upright first. PNG keeps its transparent parts, which show as white paper.

    Worked example

Three phone photos on A4 with a small margin make a 3-page PDF, one photo per page, each scaled to fit inside 190 × 277 mm.

    Next: Compress PDF

Before you rely on the result

JPG, PNG, WebP and GIF images (a GIF gives its first frame), up to 100 images and 400 MB in all. An iPhone HEIC photo opens only in a browser that can show it, such as Safari; elsewhere, save it as JPG first. Nothing is uploaded.
