How this conversion works
Matching DPI × sensitivity × yaw preserves the physical distance needed for one rotation. Within one game, keep both yaw values equal.
For different games, use a documented or measured yaw coefficient. This tool does not infer the real DPI of your hardware or translate acceleration curves.
A worked example
At 800 DPI, sensitivity 2 and yaw 0.02, a full turn takes 28.575 cm. At 1600 DPI with the same yaw, sensitivity 1 gives the same distance.
Before you use the result
Linear, unaccelerated input only. Game presets, scoped sensitivity, zoom multipliers and platform-specific mouse behavior are not supplied. Nonzero numeric inputs for these compound calculations are limited to 1e-40 through 1e40.
