Using AFT calculator
Score all five Army Fitness Test events using the tables effective June 1, 2025.
Enter completed results under the official event protocols. Scores use the highest threshold achieved, without interpolating blank table cells. Age 62 and above uses the final column. Choose the applicable general or combat standard; the tool does not determine your MOS policy or record an official result. Alternate aerobic events, profiles and exemptions are excluded. The April 2026 directive added a separate Combat Field Test; this is the five-event AFT, not the CFT.
A worked example
For age on test date = 20, scoring column = Male or combat standard (M | C), three-repetition deadlift (lb) = 150, hand-release push-ups = 15, sprint-drag-carry (minutes:seconds) = 2:28, plank (minutes:seconds) = 1:30, two-mile run (minutes:seconds) = 19:57, applicable total standard = General: 300, at least 60 each, aft total points = 300.
