Using Time zone converter
Choose a city or IANA zone. The date matters: two places can change their clocks on different days. Meeting options find half-hour starts that keep the entire meeting inside the selected working hours in every zone. Download the selected conversion as a calendar event.
A worked example
On January 15, 2026, 09:00 in New York is 14:00 in London. On July 15, 09:00 in New York is also 14:00 in London; their offsets from UTC have both changed.
Before you use the result
Years 1900–2100. A skipped clock time is rejected; a repeated hour has two selectable occurrences. Meeting ideas use weekdays and one common workday window, with no holiday calendar. Browser time-zone rules can lag government changes.
