Using Electric vehicle charging cost calculator
Charging cost = energy added × price per kWh ÷ efficiency as a fraction.
Efficiency includes charging losses. No vehicle-specific efficiency is claimed; session fees and time-based fees are excluded.
A worked example
With energy added to battery (kwh) = 50, price per kwh = 0.2, charging efficiency (%) = 90, the charging cost is 11.11111111111111.
