Using Recurring revenue calculator
Monthly recurring revenue = active subscriptions × average monthly recurring revenue per subscription.
Normalize annual contracts to monthly amounts before entry. Exclude one-time fees; this is recurring revenue, not recognized accounting revenue or profit.
A worked example
With active subscriptions = 120, average monthly revenue each = 25, the monthly recurring revenue is 3000.
