Using HTML Markdown converter
Converts headings, paragraphs, lists, links, code and GFM tables. Script, style and embedded active content are omitted when reading HTML. Output is source text, never a rendered preview. Complex layout and CSS cannot be preserved in Markdown.
A worked example
<h1>Hello</h1><p>A <strong>bold</strong> word.</p> becomes a level-one Markdown heading and a paragraph with **bold** emphasis.
