Add expenditure components with GDP = consumption + investment + government purchases + exports − imports.
All entries must share currency, period and valuation basis. Government transfers are not automatically government purchases. No economic series or current country value is supplied. Fixed assumptions only: no taxes, fees, changing returns, guarantees or product eligibility. Amounts share one currency.
A worked example
Example inputs: consumption = 100, investment = 30, government purchases = 40, exports = 20, imports = 25. Expenditure GDP = 165.
