Using the dvled pixel pitch calculator

Divide each wall dimension in millimeters by the pitch in millimeters per pixel. The output distinguishes the exact arithmetic from the whole-pixel fit, so fractional results do not imply a buildable module layout.

A worked example

A 4.8 m × 2.7 m wall at 2.5 mm pitch has a calculated resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels.

Before you use the result

Module dimensions, seams, calibration and manufacturer layouts determine a real build. This arithmetic does not establish viewing distance or quote a product specification.
