Using Driving range calculator
Estimated range = usable fuel × average fuel economy.
Use fuel you are prepared to use, excluding your chosen reserve. This is an estimate from constant fuel economy, not a guarantee of reaching a destination.
A worked example
With usable fuel (gallons) = 12, fuel economy (miles per gallon) = 30, the estimated range (miles) is 360.
Before you use the result
Use fuel you are prepared to use, excluding your chosen reserve. This is an estimate from constant fuel economy, not a guarantee of reaching a destination.
