Shooting schedule call sheet explained

Build a local production running order from scene durations. Enter setup, travel, meal and break rows explicitly so their time is counted. The report includes start, end, wrap and next-day markers.

Next: Script continuity log

A worked example

Starting at 09:00 with a 30-minute opening scene and a 20-minute closeup gives a 09:50 estimated wrap before any additional break or setup rows.

Before you use the result

A draft running order, not a production safety or labor-compliance check. It does not validate contacts, locations, travel times or working-time rules. Review the schedule and distribute it through your normal production process.
