ROT13 encoder decoder explained

ROT13 moves each Latin letter halfway through the alphabet; applying it twice returns the original. Uppercase and lowercase stay distinct.

Hello becomes Uryyb; a second conversion returns Hello.

Before you use the result

A historical letter puzzle, not secure encryption. Only the unaccented Latin alphabet changes; accents and other scripts remain unchanged.
