How to save and share a tool result
Choose between a download, a link carrying inputs, a local draft and an offline page.
A result file and an input link do different jobs
Download saves the output supported by the current tool. Copy link includes shareable inputs and settings in the part of the address after #. Anyone with that link can read those inputs. Files, generated passwords and earlier random draws are left out.
A random tool draws again when the link is opened. Download the result if you need a record of the draw you already made.
A local draft stays with this browser profile
Draft saving starts off. Turn it on only if you want the supported text tool to keep edits on this device. Restore saved draft replaces the input; Delete saved draft removes the stored copy while keeping the current text. Other people using the same browser profile can read a saved draft.
Save the loaded page before going offline
Save loaded page offline stores the public page and loaded assets after a successful save. It does not store the text you typed. Open an optional feature before saving if it needs another asset. Browser storage can be cleared or evicted.
Loading text from a URL is a separate network action. It contacts the destination from your browser without cookies or pasted text, and requires the server to allow browser access. Use a downloaded local file when that access is unavailable.
